Terms of service.

These terms cover your Converted Closet account, club membership, classes, and purchases. The final version is being prepared — questions in the meantime are welcome at hello@convertedcloset.com.

Moderation, reporting, and appeals

Anyone — with or without an account — can report content they believe is illegal or breaks our rules, through the report form or by email to legal@convertedcloset.com. A person reviews every report; if you leave an email address we confirm receipt and tell you the outcome.

If we remove content you posted or restrict your account, we send you a statement of reasons: what we did, which rule it concerned, and why. That notice includes a link to appeal, and a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews every appeal. You will be emailed the outcome either way.
